Review method
A checklist is not proof by itself. Release-candidate instructions must be reproduced independently, and material changes after testing trigger targeted review or a new test according to their effect.
Review notes identify the claim being checked, the evidence or practical step used, and unresolved limitations. Publication is held when a missing detail could materially change the reader's result.
Boundaries and disclosures
A reviewed or tested label is used only when the corresponding record exists. Missing evidence results in a publication hold rather than weaker wording that implies the same assurance.
